It was great to read about your wife's grandfather, LTJG James V. Reber Jr. My grandfather was Commanding Officer of the second edition of Air Group 30 and was reported MIA on Feb. 23, 1945 on a mission over Chichi Jima. I'm sure they would've known each other. I'm always interested in locating photographs of my grandfather, so if you happen to have any of him along with your wife's grandfather that would be fabulous.
