Tracy, so glad to see your posting. I will keep track of it. Hope we see some responses. I went to Uncle Glenn's funeral yesterday. He had a military funeral at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetary in St. Louis. It was quite impressive.

The Belleau Wood association that Uncle Glenn was involved in for years has been closed. While he was able, he went to annual reunions. Evidently there are only a couple of surviving shipmates. Perhaps a surving spouse or relative will respond to your posting.
